Landsby on Penn offers a mix of studios, alcoves, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

You can schedule a tour of Landsby using our online scheduling platform or by giving us a call at 612-662-1002.

You can easily complete the entire leasing process online. We are also available in the leasing office if you wish to visit us to apply in person. 

Step 1: On our website, select “Apply Now”

You will be asked to create a login or enter your credentials. You will need the following information: 

  • Floor plan and unit number you wish to apply for
  • Name, phone number, email address, birth date, and social security number of the applicant, as well as the name and email address of your guarantor (if you’re using one)
  • Photo or scan of an identification document such as a passport, driver’s license, state ID or active military
  • Address of applicant’s current residence, as well as current rent payments and contact information for your landlord, who we may contact as a reference
  • Employment verification documents, including two months of paystubs

 

Step 2: 

We charge an application fee of $50 per applicant, a security deposit of $300, and an administration fee of $175. The application fee is non-refundable upon application, and the deposit and admin fees are non-refundable upon approval. 

After submitting, our team will review your application and email you a link to sign your lease. You will be notified via email and receive a digital copy of our completed lease.  

You can easily complete the entire leasing process online. We are also available in the leasing office if you wish to visit us to apply in person. Apply now, log in, statement of rental policy, fill in the info, pay the app fee and deposit. Documents required include ID and proof of income.

We offer flexible lease terms. Please contact the Property Manager for details. 

No, utilities are not included in the rent. Residents are responsible for water, sewer, gas, electricity, internet, trash and recycling.

Landsby is a dog and cat-friendly community with no weight limit or breed restrictions.

We charge a refundable security deposit fee of $300. *Deposit may vary based on screening results.

We charge a non-refundable administration fee of $175.

Our building includes a spectacular tree-top sky deck with stunning 360° views, a state-of-the-art fitness center, convenient and modern co-working spaces, maker space, complimentary coffee bar, pet wash, bike fix-it station, and central terrace complete with lounge seating, grill stations, a firepit and yoga lawn.

We offer parking spaces in our heated underground garage starting at $100/month. EV charging stalls are available for an additional $75/month.

Yes, on-site management and maintenance staff are available during regular business hours. We also have a 24-hour emergency maintenance line available. 

Maintenance requests can be submitted online through the resident portal.

The options for internet and cable services are provided by Xfinity and Century link. In which every apartment is prewired with both.

Yes, you’re required to purchase and maintain a renter personal liability policy with liability coverage of $100,000 throughout your lease term.

Landsby residents benefit from the proximity to the flourishing Penn Avenue corridor, which features highly sought-after restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and grocers! Adjacent to Landsby’s front door is neighborhood favorite Lunds & Byerly’s. A few minutes from our community, residents can explore local hot spots, Patrick’s Bakery, Protagonist Kitchen and Bar and The Galleria, and area landmarks such as the Mall of America, Centennial Lakes Park and Minneapolis’ North Loop.

This property does not accept vouchers and does not have any affordable units.

Yes, we offer various touring options to all potential residents, including virtual tours with our leasing team!

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to end your lease early, you must provide a 60-day notice and pay a termination fee.

Yes, rent payments can be made online through the resident portal.

We are a 100% smoke-free community.

Residents can receive packages at our community through our controlled access package room. This designated room within our apartment building allows couriers to securely drop off packages, ensuring they are safe until you pick them up.

Yes, please contact the property manager to find out if your employer qualifies and to learn more about our preferred employer program. Benefits include a waived admin fee, a refunded application fee and rent credit.

Yes, we host resident events monthly! These events are a great way to meet neighbors, enjoy fun activities, and become more involved in our community. We send event reminders via email and post flyers around the building, so you’ll always be informed about what’s coming up.
